When you place an order, and  for some reason you want to Cancel the Order, you can only when Products is not dispatched from our end. You can cancel the Order any time, If it is not deliver from our Premises.  After despatch we will not be able to cancel, we can only refund your amount once you have returned the product at your cost.


In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The Product which we receive from you should be Undamaged
Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. this refers to the  products packaging and not the carton in which the products have been despatched to you in

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and you have provided your bank details for refund processing.  Please note that the above conditions have to be met, you can whatsapp the images of the items to be returned on +919930135553 and speak to customer care regards the reasons why you need to return the same and how it does not fall into the above category.

General Rules for a successful Return

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
