Cancellation

When you place an order, and  for some reason you want to Cancel the Order, you can only when Product is not dispatched from our end. You can cancel the Order any time, if it is not deliver from our Premises.  After dispatch we will not be able to cancel, we can only refund your amount once you have returned the product at your cost.

Refunds

7-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from www.roopsons.in . If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns

If there is any genuine case for return or exchange of a product, please contact us on [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The Product which we receive from you should be Undamaged
Undamaged Packaging Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. this refers to the  products packaging and not the carton in which the products have been dispatched to you in

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller and you have provided your bank details for refund processing. Please note that the above conditions have to be met & speak to customer care the reasons why you need to return the same and how it does not fall into the above category.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. After approval, further instructions will be provided for the return process (if applicable).
  3. Refunds will be processed within [6-7 business days] after we receive the product back or confirm the refund for a product.
